New Agent looking for tips

Posted

Im in agent in southern california and looking for a few tips. Im having trouble approaching people about telling them i am an agent and am here for them and anyone they know that may want to buy or sell. Problem is...i feel like im bugging people any time i bring this subject up to them. What would be a good place or time to bring up such a subject? Unlike just walking up to someone on the street and saying, "HEY im so and so and i do blah blah blah blah". Im new to all this so im really unsure how to approach the situation. Tricks, tips, anyone?

Thank you!
