Hello BP fam,

I have a family member that is looking to get her real estate license in Houston, Tx! I wanted to reach out and see if anyone had any recommendations on where she could obtain her license to become a realtor. Thank you in advance!

I was living in Arkansas when I received my Texas license, so I went through Aceable Agent. I felt it prepared me very well for all but the state portion of the exam. Thankfully, I passed first try, but I could see where it failed me in that aspect. I have heard excellent things about Champions. I believe the in person instruction normally covers the more relevant information in regards to the exam. It took me approximately 2 months to complete the online course. Whatever path they take, I would be happy to help since it is still relatively fresh on my mind(I passed mine back in November). Best of luck to your family member!
