Hey BP Community,

My family and I are currently living in Brooklyn, NY but we’re looking to house-hack a detached duplex in South Los Angeles within the next 6 months. This will be our very first investment property. Any advice or insight (especially if it’s market-specific) would be greatly appreciated!
