Does anyone know of a good agent in Chicago?

I had someone contact me from my blog who needs an investor friendly agent in Chicago. They said they are buying properties, fixingThem up and renting to section 8. They have an agent now who they feel is ripping them off on repairs(the buyers are not local to Chicago). They will be in Chicago this week and hope to interview a couple agents.
