We are looking for an attorney for advice on how to set this up. We have a group of 50 agents at the brokerage I work at that are looking to create a company that everyone has equal share of that buyers properties for cash. We are trying to figure out logistically on how to set this up. Does anybody have experience setting this up? We are looking for an attorney familiar with Michigan or the Midwest markets to help set this up.
