Hey everyone!  I'm looking to increase my social media presence via FB and Instagram.  I usually post general real estate tips, homes I've toured and deals I've done.  It's become a bit boring and I'm noticing less engagement on social media.  Any ideas for creative social media content that is still real estate related?
