Exp satellite office

Interested in joining EXP, but concerned about having office space for my team. Through EXP are we able to have a brick and mortar office if I’m not a broker? Also, is exterior co-branded (my team and EXP) signage allowed?  I’m assuming my local or state Realtor association may have restrictions on this. Has anyone else opened a small satellite type office? If so, please share your experience with me.
