Hello everyone. I'm a recently licensed agent in the Chicago area. I've worked the last 9 years in industrial & commercial construction, as well as being a part time real estate investor. When I moved to Chicago 3 years ago, my wife and I bought a two-flat and began our investment portfolio. I got interested in real estate when I was in college and saw my land lord making deals around the college town, and making a great living doing it, but it took me several years of working my W-2 job to begin research into real estate. I started studying for my exam before Covid-19, and got licensed back in July. I'm looking to network with others investors in the Chicago area as I start my career as a realtor and continue my career as an investor.
