Hey there all,

To start this is my first property and I am a newbie. So hang on tight, let me know if this all sounds dumb and where I can improve to get going in the right direction.

I've been talked to many realtors in Dallas/fortworth and the ones I have found and talked to haven't been too knowledgeable on the investment side. I'm looking for a MFP from a Duplex-Quad utilizing the VA Home Loan. I have not been pre-approved but have my Certification of Eligibility and plan to be pre-approved this week through Veterans United.

If you have used the VA home loan I'd love to hear about how you utilized it/if any of your clients have used it, what worked and what didn't work so well.

I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read and respond.

-Cordell
