Hello! I am looking for an agent in the Norfolk/Hampton/Portsmouth/Newport News area. I am looking to start investing in student rentals near the Old Dominion University campus. Looking for properties between 80k-150k. Maximum 5 miles away from campus. Let me know if there is anyone out there who can help me out and I’ll make sure I’ll do my best to return the favor!
