Cap rates on residential in SF
Hi, new to this forum and wondering what professionals have to say about buy side cap rate expectations for residential properties in the city of San Francisco that are desirable as owner occupied units whether 2-3 units, single family of condos. 4+ Multi unit market apartment buildings are well covered with a lot of data. I am interested in price to rent for 1s, 2s and maybe 3s that could be converted to condo.
