Eau Claire, WI single family home
In about a year I would like to purchase a single family home in the Eau Claire area in the price range of 150 to 200k and plan to put about 20% down as an investment rental. I have lived in WI for a year in the past but currently live out of state (over 10 hr drive) and am new to owning a second property. I am interested in learning more about next steps, rental viability, mortgage lending, hiring and assessing property management companies, and any other insight into the area.
Thank you for your help and recommendations, much appreciated!
