How Can I Get Clients As A New Real Estate Agent

Hey everyone! I am 22 years old and I am a new real estate agent and I was wondering what is the best way to get clients? Also what is the best way to approach listing appointments? Like should I use scripts or these PowerPoints that my brokerage provides us? I am honestly so lost and I hope someone on here can help me out! Thank you everyone!
