I am a newly licensed broker in NY. Can I also be licensed in CT?  I now live in Westchester and would like to operate business in NY and CT.

You will need to pay, apply and in some cases take state exam. https://portal.ct.gov/DCP/Lice.... If you decide to act as a salesperson rather than a broker, you will need to also associate with a CT licensed broker.
