Best way to start - working sphere or open houses and FSBO's?

Ok, so I am now a full-time broker and this is all I am doing. I need to know if working the sphere is the best approach for closing your first deal or going to open houses and finding buyers is better to start? both?

Any tips are appreciated, thank you.
