Finding new clients in 2020

Hi fellow agents and brokers. I am wondering what people are doing to generate new clients these days? I feel my sphere is overworked and is not producing me any clients lately. Is anyone investing money in their websites, or facebook ads? Id love to hear what other agents are doing to keep business consistent.

Thanks for sharing.

Do you get leads to your individual website or from paid zillow, realtor.com and google ads?
