Do I need a realtor to buy a house cash

Hey guys! New to the game here. I have 2 homes that I rent out. Bought with a mortgage and am house hacking the one I live in. My next step is buying a house cash. Do I need a real estate agent for this? Or is there a way to go it alone? Please excuse my ignorance guys:)

I buy most of my properties off the MLS with the listing agent. They give me the best service because they make full commission representing the seller and buyer. They usually give me more info than they should about the seller too...which I use to my advantage in negotiating.
