New Real Estate Agent Advice

Monique Bowman
Posted

I apologize and I am aware this platform is for RE investments but I know there are a lot agents are on here, so I figured I could reach out on here. I am a new agent, I was assigned a mentor, but so far since January it has not been successful. I am not given much support or direction on starting and finding leads. I feel like being at this specific brokerage you need to to have already experience in the Real estate industry to even been recognized. My question if I am in this situation what are my options I just need some sort of guidance on: Do you I need a mentor? Do I search for another brokerage to sign with?  Also, with the current situation we are in with COVID-19, is there even a place for new agents to be successful?

I thank you in advance! :)
