Hi there. I'd love to hear from a Real Estate Appraiser in CA to learn about their career journey (the good, bad, and ugly). I'd particularly like to hear from and appraisers that are self-employed. I am thinking about making a career switch into this profession and thought it would be great to hear from someone with direct experience doing this in CA.
