Passed my Real Estate Exam, now weighing options.

Hello everyone, as the title mentioned, I recently passed my Real Estate Licensing Exam, and I am very excited for the journey ahead. I am currently located in Mississippi, and would like to know some avenues I could perhaps take that would be interesting besides the traditional route of working with a broker. My ultimate goal is to be a Real Estate Investor (Residential/Commercial). Any advice or guidance in regards for career options in real estate would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
