Off market investments - setting up a private marketplace
Investor friendly agents -
Wondering if any brokers have successfully setup a "private marketplace" to connect their sellers and buyers to off market properties outside of traditional listing agreements and/or MLS listing? I understand this is the ultimately the concept of commercial mid market brokering with dual agency, but Im seeking a way to allow sellers to not be tied down to exclusive listing agreement. Example: allowing investors or property managers to "post" off market FSBO properties for free, but charge buyers a fee for access to the "off market" deals/listings.
Open to other strategies agents have taken to leverage strong network of buyers and sellers outside of wholesaling or traditional listings.
