Hello all,

First off Id like to start by saying I haven’t been on BP very much at all since I downloaded the app, so bear with me as I’m still figuring everything out.

I'm currently looking to buy my first investment property, preferably a duplex in the city of West Allis. I'd like to use an FHA loan and house hack the property. I'm looking for an agent to help me on my journey to becoming a landlord. Could any investors in my area recommend me an agent who has successfully helped you purchase an investment property in the Milwaukee area? Or if you are an agent and this sounds like something you would be happy to help me with, can you please contact me so we can start house hunting as soon as possible?
