Hello, we are looking to invest in Cleveland area and potentially have found couple of interesting properties. We are keen to invest in turnkey rentals and also need a team to mange our property. If you have any recommendations, please send us. Thank you very much 😊

First thing you need to do is get preapproved with a lender. If you don't do that you will not be taken seriously.

No disrespect to any other poster....That being said, if you are going to invest out of state or from another country you want to work with someone who's been there and done that....an agent that is used to working with out of the area investors and already owns several investment properties in the area.

I can't speak on Turnkey because I have never done it. What I did was flew out to Cleveland, more than once, drove the areas, walked the areas...daytime and nighttime....made mistakes with my first couple of PMs and then became quite satisfied with the PM I have now. Allstar Management. Reach out to @Angel Chaney. They also have agents as well.

Don't fall for just any agent or PM. I found out the hard way that some on here are GREAT at marketing themselves or their company, but when push comes to shove they are abysmal at doing business at PMs.
