Lead Generation in Manhattan
This one goes out to my fellow NYC real estate agents. Anyone using a lead gen system like Vulcan7? For any agents outside NYC, Manhattan does not have an MLS which means we can't use Vulcan7/REDX/Landvoice etc. There are a couple services out there I know of that sell expired/fsbo lists but I'm looking for something with more meat. I've done StreetEasy Premier Agent for buyers and don't like it. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks!
