I am newly licensed and don’t know where to start with getting leads... I’m also not sure what I should do once I get an interested client! I am seeking responses that are simple yet actionable steps. Please help! Thank you

Your brokerage should have extensive training for new agents from systems to getting leads, but often those recommendations include cold-calling and checking expired. That's fine, but it's also something anyone can do. What's your passion for real estate? Who is your ideal client (don't say anyone who wants to buy or sell)? Work on your business plan while the pandemic is still going and think about your own sphere and who might want to buy, sell or rent in the near future. The best book on how to get leads without spending any money and not being annoying is The Seven Levels of Communication by Michael Maher.
