New agent, already almost $1M in listings???

Is this normal, and how do I keep this growth? My Dad and Grandfather were both landlords (Dad had about 100 units). I've been chasing all the expired listings, but some days there are not any in my area. The 2 commercial listings come from my personal circle. I'm in Utica, NY
