TX Real Estate Agent Requirements
Hello BP!
Quick question for TX realtors out there since I'm reading conflicting information on various websites.
Would I have a be a TX resident to get a TX realtor license?
Thanks!

Yes. You would need to be a lawful TX resident to get a salesperson license in Texas.
https://www.trec.texas.gov is the official licensing department of Texas. Whatever information they have is the most accurate. You can also contact them to verify any concerns you may have.
