Hi my brother and I are looking to purchase our first multi-family home. We are looking to live in one of the units and rent the others. My brother and I are both in construction and would like a fixer upper, we're hoping to find a home priced low to ultimately BRRRR! Looking in Hackensack, Teaneck, Bogota, Leona, Garfield and other areas in Bergen County New Jersey.

As far as our real estate agent we’re looking for someone honest, straightforward, understanding of our goals, and someone willing to go the extra mile as my brother and I are to make sure we buy the right home/investment property in the right area at the right price that works with our numbers. We’re young, motivated, and have goals. We hope to here from many agents in the area and keep building our network. We’re open to ideas, suggestions, and criticisms and hope to build a lifelong relationship with our realtor and there team for many deals in the future.
