Hi All,

I’m a new investor starting out and seeking advice on REA etiquette.

How many realtors should an investor work with?

If it’s okay to work with multiple, how do you maintain the relationships so that they still want to assist you? Even when you haven’t used them on a deal...yet but want to and will in the future.

Should you let it be known you are working with other realtors?
