Website for rental application and background check

Good evening everyone, I am so happy to be part of this community.  My name is Gina, I have 3 rentals, one with a property manager and 2 others that I am managing myself in a different town.  My property manager just stopped managing these 2 rentals because he wanted to charge me 500 dollars to change three keys and when I said no he was not happy about it and also he wanted to evict one my tenants because she was rude to him.  This being said, I find myself managing those 2 properties at the last minute.  I have to travel to get leases signed, I receive the rent money via mail.  I do not have a website yet but I want to ask which websites , I can use for background check and rental applications.  My rentals are out of state.  I just evicted one tenant for not paying rent and now it is very important for me to screen the right people to be the right tenant.  Any advice on which website to use for screening tenants and process rental applications will be very appreciated. What is the way to screen tenants?
