Maryland Property Management License

Hello All,

I was looking at starting a property management company in Maryland and am a little confused by the wording in their laws. I’ve read in some places that as of 1 Oct 2019, a real estate brokers license is not required to operate a property management company but the way the law reads makes it sound you do need a license.

Anyone out there have the inside info on this? Appreciate it.
