Direct Mail Marketing (Specifically when you're an agent)

Hi all,

I am looking to start direct mail marketing to try and find some off-market deals. I am also an agent and I know that can be tricky and that you have to be careful. Does anyone have any advice of how to approach sellers when you are an agent (or not) and maybe share some things that have worked for them. Thanks in advance!

@Darian Berry I wrote a blog on writing benefit-driven letters to sellers. This focuses on Seniors but would also apply to Owners with Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS)

I think letters that resonate with a seller will be more effective. "selling your house will be easier than you think when you work with me"
