Colorado real estate licensing

Hi, I live in Colorado and want to get my real estate license. I have limited to no interest in selling real estate. I primarily want it for faster access to deals and such.

Can I get a license for this use? Do I need a sponsoring broker? What’s the cheapest way to take the courses and pass the exam?
