Hello,

I'm Robert. I just wanted to introduce myself and surround myself with people in this industry so that I may bounce ideas and experiences off of. I have found in the past that forums were a great way to learn from other people.

I am working on getting my license next week and have already found a broker, however, this is a complete new industry for me. I'm starting from scratch and I am wondering about the 1st deal I'm about to make.

How was your 1st deal? Was it horrifying, exciting, or a little bit of both? How long did it take before you closed? Did you feel more confident about yourself after you did it?
