Telemarking for investors

Hello I am new to the real estate industry. I have been working with an investor for 1 month now and he advised me to connect with people that are calling property owners who would like to sell they're home. What I do is cold call FSBO Foreclosures, and rental properties. I would like to connect with people that are cold calling these types of properties. Any advice would be highly appreciated thank you for your time.
