Hello,

I am working with this agent that is good. I am not sure what to expect from her once contract is signed.

Can some explain what the expectations should be?

I already asked her the same information also, will like to hear from my fellow bigger pockets.

The sad stat is close to 80% of buyers and sellers don't remember who their last agent was.  That is unbelievable to me.  I think that is a gross oversight by agents.  Your best customer is your current customer, there is no reason any customer should be orphaned.  There are too many recourses at your disposal as an agent to stay in touch with your clients.

But it's been said already, hopefully you will get follow ups and occasional correspondence from your agent.  If you don't hear form them then it will be for the best.
