Commercial Broker Fees

Hello,

I'm relatively new to brokerage and do so in a 100% commercial firm. My question is what is the typical fee split in commercial environments(office and multifamily). Note: I am provided with office, phone, internet, "half of a secretary", etc. so my infrastructure is solid.
