House hacking in the GTA

I'm a newbie in real estate investing. I live in Mississauga. I'm searching for my first house hack deal as a way to get into real estate because I believe it's a powerful strategy.

I'm looking to find a realtor and broker with experience in house hacking in the GTA Area.

Hey Mohamed!

I from the GTA as well. I and my family have been investing in multi-family properties. You have to get creative in avoiding the crazy GTA prices. Sourcing out smaller towns that aren’t as expensive but have a higher rent rate is key.
