Realtor taking forever
We are new investors. We are investing long distance and were highly recommended to a realtor in Jacksonville. We were excited to work with her. But, it feels like she has been extremely slow. It took us 11 days to be able to set up a meeting with her, then another 9 days to get a list of houses from her and over 8 days until she can even start to walk properties with us via Skype. Is that normal?
I know good realtors are busy... but it has been discouraging to have been pursuing this for a month and have yet to “set foot in a property”. Should we find someone else?

Hey Ashley,
This does sound like a lot of time just to set a meeting and receive property listings.
The only reason I can think of for this taking so long is insufficient information. Have you exchanged any documentation with the Realtor? i.e. pre-approval; proof of funds; written agreement/contract to work with the Realtor, etc?
If you have NOT submitted these documents, your Realtor may not think you are serious, qualified and motivated.
If you have submitted these things, you might want to have a serious conversation with your Realtor to find out why there have been so many delays. I would also let your Realtor know that you will be seeking representation elsewhere if this continues.
I hope this helps!
Abel
