Title Company/Agent - Los Angeles

Hi everyone, 

I am a newbie wholesaler in the NE Los Angeles area looking for recommendations on a title company (or particular agent) who is experienced with wholesale transactions; and would be graciously willing to answer a few questions as I seek to learn exactly how the process works from getting a property under contract, through putting the property in escrow, to handling the transaction with the end buyer. Any and all advice and information is much appreciated! Thanks!
