Hello BP members! I just recently quit my night shift job (12 hour shift, 60 hr weeks...brutal) and just started a day time job (8 hr shift, 40 hr weeks... So much better) so I can focus more on investing. Now that I have more time on my hands, I'm considering getting my RE license. I wanted to hear some of your guys pros and cons on having a RE license while investing. Do you leave it to the professionals or do you become the professional?
