Hello,

I am planning to pursue my agent license in next couple months. I figured that which school I am planning to attend. At the moment, I am not planning to be a full time agent. The purpose of getting a license is to understand process in detail, MLS access, research and can put offer by self. I appreciate if I can get advise on below:

1. Is it worth to get agent license for the reasons that I mentioned here?

2. What could be the cost associated to hang it with any broker? Like MLS access, work with broker so you can buy/sell/put offer etc.

Feel free to share any other valueable information.

Thank you.
