How do I find a broker if I don't want to be a full-time agent?
Hello BP! I have a house I want to sell in a year or two. As so many here on BP suggest getting your license for MLS access and the ability to conduct your own transactions, this seems like a good time to take that step.
Here's my concern--I already have a full-time job. So how do I find a brokerage to hang my license with if I don't want to buy and sell houses for other people? I'm happy to pay them or work out some other kind of arrangement for their assistance. Where do I start?
TIA!
