I'm new to the forum and looking to enter the market. I want to find a team (agent, lender, contractor, property manager) that can help me start building my portfolio. I'm interested in the BRRRR strategy and want to know more about the logistics and if it will be effective in the Edmonton area. If anyone knows a rockstar real estate agent that can help me out that would be a great start!
