Public REIT, good or bad?
Does anyone have any expertise / advice regarding buying stock in publicly owned REIT's with attractive dividends?
I recently purchased some DMO and ARI.

How much is attractive? I think most of the REITs give you 5% to 6% only. You don't get any tax benefits. I don't really recommend it.
