Creating a Website

Hi,

I'm a new agent working on creating a website. Does anybody have any recommendations? Who have you used to develop your sites? What does my website need? Will I be able to get leads from my website?

Thanks!

An agents website needs a good search function for buyers. Investigate IDX/RETS providers, stay away from iframed solutions. But this is IF your MLS will allow you to have a MLS search on your site.

As with most things in life you get what you pay for when it comes to real estate websites.
