Real Estate Brokers and Virtual Offices
A client asked this question and I have received a bevy of answers and they all differ. I can't locate the answer on the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) website either. The old law is that a broker had to "hang" their license on the wall where they did business.
I know for a fact that there are brokers who have a Virtual Office but doesn't that contradict the Texas law? Thanks!
