Small American Flags - Gorilla Marketing at its Best

Came home yesterday, 3rd of July, to find someone had planted a small flag in the yard of every one of the 120 homes in my HOA. What an impact! I was so curious I had to read the small sticker to find out who did it. It was a local RE agent wishing us a Happy 4th.

Definitely got my attention.
