Future Real Estate Agent seeking investor friendly brokerages
Hello,
I am in the Portland, OR area and will be getting my real estate license in the next month or so. I also have a real estate wholesaling business here. My question is-when searching for a brokerage to hang my license under, how do I approach or ask if they are also investor friendly and will allow me to wholesale some properties here and there? Is it just a straight forward question or is there certain language I should use? Which brokerage might be a good balance between quality educational guidance but also investor friendly?
Thanks in advance!
