Advice for a 18 year old commercial real estate agent in MI

Hi everyone,

I'm 18 years old and started working with a brokerage for commercial real estate, but we're a small brand new firm with 2 inexperienced agents and 1 broker. I've been doing this for close to 2 months, and I've only got 1 listing that's a small 3 unit retail strip, and haven't got any tenants for it yet (been 2 weeks so far). 

I'm trying to use real estate to put myself through college, do you guys have any tips that could help me become more efficient and produce results faster?
